Max has just completed our kitchen ceiling which had caved in due to a leak in the roof. The area was a complete mess before he started. Max came in yesterday and completed the job this morning. It looks fantastic! He completely sealed off the kitchen while he worked and kept out plaster and dust. I couldn't believe how clean he left everything. A Great Experience with M Palumbo Plastering Company!
We recently had some water damage to our finished basement ceiling. To gain access to the leak, a large part of the ceiling and wall had to be exposed. To ensure full visibility of the source, the upstairs office wall had to be exposed also. Needless to say, this was more than what we had expected. Our walls are plaster and there are too many experienced plasterers around. We had the good fortune to have M Palumbo Plastering assigned to job. Max and his assistant were superb and their work outstanding. Great care was taken to prep the rooms prior to the messy job. The repair was flawless and the clean-up after was spotless. One of the many things that I appreciated was that Max was readily accessible and explained exactly what the process would be. He promptly responded to my e-mails and happily answered my many questions. Next, the walls needed to be painted. To our delight, Max’s services also covered painting. This was lined up in a timely fashion and as per our experiences with the plastering, the painters were also pleasant, efficient and experts in their trade. M Palumbo Plastering is a company of honest professionals who respect the customer and deliver over and above all expectations. I would use them again and highly recommend their services.

We had extensive water damage from a burst pipe during a very cold spell. Water flooded our living room ceiling. We had considerable concern regarding who to contact to redo the hand-done plastered ceiling which looked like an elegant work of art, done by Gerald Schuitt in 1983. We wanted to retain the flow and matched design from living room to dining room. Less particular companies suggested putting a transom between the two rooms to “accommodate” 2 different ceiling designs. We were aghast to think we might have to “accept” this look! Imagine my complete relief and joy to discover that Max and his brother assured us that they knew of Mr. Schuitt’s work, had worked with him, and could redo the ceiling to restore the look of quality and continuity of an artistic, hand-finished design. The crew of three came promptly with never any re-scheduling or procrastination, and worked quietly and professionally over three days. All were courteous and attentive to any questions and concerns. At the end, we were ecstatic with the results. I, personally, was moved to tears. It can be hard to find tradespeople to do plastering, as dry wall is the going trend. Our ceiling was done perfectly with a stunning seashell swirl design. Without any hesitation, my husband and I, very highly recommend M PALUMBO PLASTERING. We were thoroughly impressed with every facet of their work, from set-up to clean-up. This team sets the standard for plaster ceiling restoration. Do not second guess hiring this accomplished, exemplary company for your building or restoration needs! Very happy and extremely satisfied!!!
