Plaster is very versatile and much mor eflexible than drywall. However, it doesn’t mean drywall is all bad. There are some advantages to using drywall for your interior walls.
Drywall of course, is quick to install and is not as labor intensive as installing plaster. As a result, you will be able to save a great deal of time and money on your project.
Drywall can also help reduce sound, and it adds a layer of fire protection due to the water in the boards.
When it comes down to It, the interior wall material you choose will depend on your personal preference. Both options have their advantages and disadvantages. You have to choose the one that will work best for you.
